Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QAPIHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

QAPIHub is an AI-powered quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) platform for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and assisted living facilities (ALFs). The Service provides tools for incident tracking, PIP management, meeting preparation, regulatory monitoring, and AI-assisted document generation.

3. AI-Generated Content

• All AI-generated documents (reports, meeting packets, QAPI plans, investigation reports) are drafts intended for human review and approval.
• QAPIHub is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
• AI outputs are based on aggregate facility data and regulatory frameworks. They should be reviewed by qualified staff before use in official proceedings.
• Regulatory references are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into QAPIHub.
• You must review all AI-generated content before using it in official documents or regulatory submissions.
• You must not upload Protected Health Information (PHI) including patient names, medical record numbers, or other individually identifiable health information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into QAPIHub. We do not claim ownership of your facility data, reports, or quality records. AI-generated content created from your data is yours to use.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. The Service depends on third-party providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Vercel) whose availability is outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

QAPIHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, regulatory compliance outcomes, or survey results. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
